Spotless place with beautiful views and perfect location to restaurants within walking distance. Friendly service from the very friendly, competent staff members. Very comfy beds and climate control, television and a coffeemaker. Quick check-in, late check-out. Not to mention free wifi! Very nice stay, as always.

Magnificent and beautiful location, right in the heart of everything. Reasonably large & nicely decorated room with all amenities. Nice hot breakfast and a wide range of goodies.

The check-in was quick, and the room felt new and comfortable. I appreciated the chef checking on guests during breakfast, ensuring everyone had what they needed.

They were helpful, a bright spot in our experience. The breakfast provided a decent selection and was pleasant enough to start the day. During my visit, I noticed the outdoor pool area had amazing mountain views, a nice touch.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired, as our clothes started to absorb the unpleasant smell of the room.

Upon arriving, the staff's friendly demeanor stood out, particularly that of Ira, whose professionalism made check-in seamless. The room was clean, and the beautiful decor added a nice touch. Breakfast had a great selection, including delicious desserts. Noise from other guests in the early morning disrupted the peace, and breakfast could use more variety. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was quite pleasurable, and I would stay again.

The hotel was clean and had all the comforts we needed. We enjoyed some fresh air with adventures like ziplining and hiking nearby. The outdoor pool area had fine mountain views, and breakfast offered a lot of great choices. It's a perfect spot for a group trip!

We faced a bit of a hassle with check-in where they charged the wrong debit card, leading to an overdraft, frustrating.

Wonderful Stay with Friendly Staff

The breakfast was a highlight, with eggs, bacon, and a waffle maker, made my mornings enjoyable. Particularly in the breakfast area, were friendly. I would, however, suggest a more thorough housekeeping routine for deeper cleaning.

My previous visit to a different comfort inn was merely satisfactory, but this time the staff was friendly, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety like fresh waffles and bacon. The location offered fine mountain views and close proximity to shopping and dining options.

The staff was amazing. The location was perfect, with a walmart right in front for any necessities and plenty of restaurants nearby. The queen room was comfy with a beautiful view of the mountains. Plus, i loved the seasonal pool being open in may!

Staff so helpful and breakfast amazing.

The staff was friendly and super helpful, especially when they guided me on where to find the best dinner at Kobe. I enjoyed relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool and soaking up some sun on the terrace. Just a heads up, there was a little hiccup with the billing, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 😊

Just left Comfort Inn in Dillsboro after a two-night stay. The staff greeted me warmly. I loved the cleanliness of my room. Everything sparkled like it had just been cleaned. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The spread included fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, and lots of pastries. I appreciated the variety and how tasty everything was. The mountain views from the hotel were fine. I faced an inconvenience with the outdoor pool being closed . It would've been nice to take a dip after long days of exploring. I noticed some minor wear in areas around the hotel that could use some attention, like the carpets in the halls that looked a bit dated. The staff, just wish the pool scenario was different to fully enjoy my downtime.

The breakfast spread was excellent! Fresh eggs, crispy bacon, and delicious bagels kept my taste buds dancing. Plus, the staff was accommodating, especially Taylor, were great to ensure our stay was perfect.
